Members
To become a member of the Mile High Kickboxing Club - Port Elizabeth all you need to do is to attend your TWO FREE sessions, decide if the sport and training sessions are what you are looking for, and then complete a registration form and pay your annual registration fee. Thereafter you should pay a monthly fee to remain a member.
The club is open to anyone who would like to part take in Kickboxing as a sport, or just for fitness or weightloss reasons. The classes take place on a mat and everyone trains together under the instruction of one of our highly experienced instructors.
Chief Instructor - Shihan Shaun Römer, 6th Dan Black Belt and Instructor - Sensei Siobhan Dooley, 4th Dan Black Belt have both got over 20 years experience in the sport and will teach you everything that you need to know from basic technique to how to fight in competitions. They are really awesome instrcutors and will ensure that you have an excellent workout at every class.
GRADINGS:
Gradings are held twice a year (Approx. April/May & Nov/Dec). These provide students with an opportunity to progress through the belts from Yellow through to Black. The instructors will ensure students are ready before being put forward to grade and will work through the syllabus throughout the year.
CHILDRENS POLICY:
We do not run children's classes and are therefore unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 in the adult class.
Club Fees
You get TWO FREE session to try out the club before making any decision to commit. Once you have decided to join, there is an annual registration fee of R300.00. This registers you with the governing bodies and allows you to train, grade and compete.
The class fees are R250.00 and are payable by the 7th of the month. If payment is made by means of a debit order or EFT payment you will qualify for a R20.00 discount.
